UK delivery starts from £5.00. We offer Royal Mail 24 Hour and 48 Hour Tracked, 1st Class (signature required), Special Delivery, and DPD Next Day for the fastest option. Delivery to Europe starts from £11.99 and the rest of the world from £14.99, using Royal Mail's international tracked services, DPD Europe, or FedEx International. Exact transit times depend on your destination and are shown at checkout.

We work with a small number of specialist suppliers, so larger orders sometimes ship from more than one location. If that applies to your order, you may receive it in separate parcels, occasionally on different days. This is normal, and every item you ordered is on its way.

Yes. We ship across the UK, to Europe, and to the rest of the world. Delivery cost and speed depend on your location and the service you choose at checkout.

We want you to love what you've ordered. To start a return, email us at sale@dressed2digress.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order, quoting your order number, then send the item back to us within 14 days. Items must still be part of our current range, unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled with all original tags attached, and returned in their original, unbroken packaging.

For hygiene reasons, items including lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits must have any hygiene seal or liner intact and unbroken. We're unable to accept these back if the seal has been removed or broken.

Email sale@dressed2digress.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll confirm whether your item is eligible and send you instructions for sending it back.

Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Email sale@dressed2digress.co.uk with photos as soon as possible. Our usual hygiene and packaging conditions don't apply in these cases, and we'll sort it out for you.

We stock lingerie, clubwear, and platform heels from a range of brands, each with its own size guide. Check our Size Guides page for measurement charts by brand before you order.

Fit varies by brand, which is why we publish a separate size guide for each one. If you're between sizes, check the specific brand's guide on our Size Guides page before ordering.
