These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dressed2digress.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Age Restriction

Our Site sells lingerie, bridal wear, clubwear, and related adult apparel. By using this Site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to cancel any order and close any account where we reasonably believe this condition has not been met.

3. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizing, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or supplier batch differences. All products are subject to availability. If an item you've ordered becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you to offer a substitute, a delay, or a full refund for that item.
Some orders may be fulfilled from more than one supplier location and may therefore arrive in separate parcels, as described in our Shipping Information page.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [GBP/insert currency] and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods available at checkout.
In the unlikely event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if payment has already been processed.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on the Site is an offer to buy; a contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated timeframes are set out on our Shipping Information page. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy, available on the Site. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory right to cancel an online order within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, where applicable.

8. Account Use
If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D2D is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
