International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: we're unable to accept returns from outside the UK. Choosing Your Delivery Speed

For UK orders, we offer Royal Mail's 24 Hour and 48 Hour Tracked services, 1st Class (signature required), Special Delivery, and DPD Next Day for the fastest option.
For international orders, we use Royal Mail's Europe & Rest of World tracked services, DPD Europe, and FedEx International Economy or Priority for a faster arrival. Exact transit times depend on the destination country and will be shown at checkout.

A Note on Multiple Parcels

We work with a small number of specialist suppliers, so larger orders sometimes ship from more than one location. If that applies to your order, you may receive it in separate parcels — occasionally on different days. This is normal, and every item you ordered is on its way.
